We’ll always do our best to source your preferred track. Licensed music help is included in our Silver, Gold, and Platinum packages. Licensing for specific songs isn’t guaranteed, but we’ll confirm availability as early as possible in the process.
Funeral tributes have a minimum delivery of 4–6 business days depending on your package, with rush options available on Gold and Platinum. For all other occasions, we recommend starting at least one month before your event for a comfortable, stress-free process.
Not at all. Our process is designed for simplicity. You upload your photos through our secure portal, answer a few guided questions, and we handle all the complex technical work. We provide clear, step-by-step guidance at every stage.
We need your photos (digital files are ideal) and some basic information: the occasion, date, and the story or personality of the person being honoured. Our guided questionnaire makes providing this information easy.
Yes. Because we’re entirely digital, we can serve families anywhere in Australia, including regional and rural areas. You upload your photos through our secure portal and we handle the rest, regardless of your location.
Yes. To begin production, we require a 50% deposit. The remaining balance is due upon your final approval of the video preview, before the high-resolution files are delivered.
Due to the custom, hands-on nature of our work, deposits are non-refundable once production has begun. If you’re unsatisfied with the preview, we’ll keep working with you on revisions until it meets your expectations.
We accept all major credit cards (Stripe, credit card, direct deposit, PayPal, etc.) securely through our website via Stripe. For business partners, we can issue invoices with standard payment terms.

Minor changes (like fixing a typo or swapping a single photo) may be possible after final approval for a small fee, depending on the production stage. Significant changes would require recreating the video. This is why our preview and revision stage is so important – we encourage your full approval before final payment.
We can work with almost anything: old prints, Polaroids, slides, or digital files (JPG, PNG, TIFF). Our AI tools can repair tears, fading, spots, and can even colourise black & white photos. Higher quality originals yield the best final results.
Absolutely. We take privacy extremely seriously. Your photos and information are uploaded through our secure, encrypted portal. We never share your materials, and all files are permanently deleted from our systems 90 days after project completion. Please see our full Privacy Policy for details.
No. Digital delivery is necessary as we operate Australia-wide and often at short-notice. For the best results, we require high-quality digital scans. You can have your physical photos professionally scanned at a copy centre (at 400 DPI or higher). Please see our technical guide for detailed instructions on preparing your photos.
You will receive a high-definition, widescreen MP4 file. We often master in 4K resolution. If required for venue compatibility, we’ll provide a standard HD version for the premiere and unlock the 4K “Legacy Vault” version the following day. Other formats are available on request.
We provide a simple, detailed technical guide for the venue. Our support team is also available to troubleshoot in the lead-up to the event to prevent issues.
We always recommend downloading the final video onto a USB drive or a local device (like a laptop) as a backup. This ensures the tribute can be played reliably without any dependency on an internet connection.
