How our simple, streamlined process works:

Complete our quick partner application with your business details, ABN, and primary contact information. Approval typically within 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Access Your Partner Portal

Log in to your dedicated dashboard where you can manage clients, staff, and billing. Invite team members with role-based permissions.

Step 3: Create an Event for a Client

Click “New Tribute Event” and enter basic details:

Client/event type (funeral, wedding, birthday, etc.)

Event date and venue

Primary and secondary family contacts

Step 4: Generate & Send Token

A unique event token is automatically created and emailed to your nominated clients with a link to begin their tribute journey. The process takes under 60 seconds.

Step 5: We Handle Everything

From here, we manage all client communication, photo uploads, production, and technical support. You receive regular status updates and can track progress in your portal.

Step 6: Receive Completed Tribute

Final files are delivered to your portal and the family’s portal simultaneously. You can download, share, or archive as needed.
