You Share Your Memories

Tell us about the person through our secure portal. Upload your photos, share the stories that matter most, and give us a sense of who they are and what this occasion means. Whether we are marking eighty incredible years, celebrating a love story, or honouring someone you have lost, we take the time to truly understand the person at the centre of it. You guide the creative vision. We listen carefully to every word.

We Restore & Craft with Care

This is where our team gets to work on your behalf. Using our suite of AI-powered restoration tools alongside genuine human artistry, we enhance and repair your photos, gently animate the moments that deserve it, and weave everything together into a cinematic tribute, set to music that fits the mood perfectly. You will not need to understand any of the technology involved. That is entirely our responsibility.

Preview & Perfect Together

Before anything is finalised, you receive a private preview through your personal dashboard. Watch the video tribute, take your time, and share your thoughts with us. We refine every detail until it feels exactly right. This is your tribute, shaped by your vision, and we will not consider our work done until you are truly happy with what you see. Once approved, we prepare everything your venue needs for a seamless premiere. The right file format, the right resolution, and clear instructions for the team on the ground. What to Expect

A Guided Journey, Every Step of the Way

We have designed each stage of the process to be intuitive and well-supported, regardless of the occasion. Here is exactly what happens from the moment you begin.

Step 1 – Begin Your Tribute

✓ Consider which of our packages best suits your vision for an AI-enhanced Timeless Tribute. Refer to our Start a Tribute Guide for help choosing.

✓ Gather your photos and ensure they are scanned correctly. Our Media Assets Guide gives you everything you need to know about preparing your files, whatever their condition or format.

✓ Complete your personal details in our Client Portal, whether you are coming to us directly or through a referral from our Business Portal. You will receive a unique ID token for secure, ongoing access to your tribute dashboard.

✓ Confirm the date, time, and location of the premiere, so we can plan delivery with the right lead time.

✓ We strongly recommend nominating a co-contributor to help share the process and ensure everything runs as smoothly as possible.

Step 2 – Tell Us Their Story

✓ This is one of the most important stages, and we encourage you to take your time with it. The more you share with us here, the more deeply personalised your tribute will be. This information guides everything, from the creative structure of the tribute to the way we apply our AI tools.

✓ Share the key themes, stories, and moments you would like the tribute to capture. Think about the things that made this person who they are, and the qualities that everyone in the room will recognise and smile at.

✓ You will always have the opportunity to add more as you go, and your personal consultant will also take the time to speak with you about what matters most.

Step 3 – Uploading Files and Guiding the Creative Process

✓ Our easy-to-use photo uploader accepts multiple formats from multiple sources, so you do not need to worry about compatibility. For each photo, you can add notes, approximate dates, special requests, and select options including your Top 10, your Primary Holding Photo, and any Animations or Captions you would like included.

✓ A running tracker keeps you across your selections at all times, based on the package you have chosen.

✓ Complete the Music section, and your personal tribute consultant will walk you through the licensing options that apply to your tribute and how you plan to share it.

✓ Add any additional media, choose your video editing preferences, and review everything in the Final Details section. Upon confirmation, we ask for a 50% deposit so that our team can begin work on your tribute straight away.

Step 4 – The Personal Touch and Final Approval

✓ You will receive instant confirmation once your deposit is processed, and your consultant will be in touch shortly after to confirm all details and answer any questions.
✓ When your preview is ready, you will receive a notification to view a watermarked version from your dashboard. Take your time, share it with family if you like, and let us know your thoughts.
✓ Provide your final notes, request a revision, or give us your approval. Once approved, your final invoice is generated automatically through the portal.
✓ Upon payment, we render the full-resolution final version of your tribute, formatted specifically for your venue. You and the venue will both receive complete instructions for downloading, testing, and playing your tribute on the day. Immediate Acknowledgement and Project Launch – You receive confirmation straight away. Our system creates a dedicated project folder and notifies your assigned consultant so they can begin preparing for your tribute.
AI-Powered Restoration and Curation – Our suite of AI tools begins the careful work of upscaling, repairing damage, and restoring colour to your photos, guided by your specific notes and requests. Every image is treated individually, with care.
Creative Production – All of your enhanced assets are passed to our Tribute Artists, who combine every element and build a cinematic timeline, set to the music you have chosen, with pacing that gives people room to feel.
Internal Quality Review – Every tribute is reviewed by multiple members of our team and signed off from the top before it ever reaches you. We check for both technical perfection and emotional resonance, because both matter equally.
Revision and Finalisation – Your feedback is incorporated carefully and thoroughly. The final full-resolution video is then rendered, and all delivery files, including your video, any social cut, and your restored photos, are prepared and organised.
Delivery and Venue Support – Your files are released in your portal along with a full technical guide. We remain on standby for your venue contact on the day, should anything be needed.
Post-Premiere Follow-Up – After the premiere, we check in to make sure everything went smoothly and to ensure you have permanent access to your digital heirloom.
