How our simple, streamlined process works:

Step 1: Register Your Business

Complete our quick partner application with your business details, ABN, and primary contact information. Approval typically within 1-2 business days.

Step 2: Access Your Partner Portal

Log in to your dedicated dashboard where you can manage clients, staff, and billing. Invite team members with role-based permissions.

Step 3: Create an Event for a Client

Click “New Tribute Event” and enter basic details:

Client/event type (funeral, wedding, birthday, etc.)

Event date and venue

Primary and secondary family contacts

Step 4: Generate & Send Token

A unique event token is automatically created and emailed to your nominated clients with a link to begin their tribute journey. The process takes under 60 seconds.

Step 5: We Handle Everything

From here, we manage all client communication, photo uploads, production, and technical support. You receive regular status updates and can track progress in your portal.

Step 6: Receive Completed Tribute

Final files are delivered to your portal and the family’s portal simultaneously. You can download, share, or archive as needed.

As soon as a venue is confirmed, we assess its audio-visual capabilities and deliver sample videos for immediate testing. Regardless of what the most compatible format is for the premiere, a 4K version of the tribute will be released the day after through the client’s Legacy Vault.

We are also developing a Venue Database that can be populated and updated by your staff at any time.

Each event you create allows you to save venue specifications for future use. Over time, you build a comprehensive database of venue capabilities that streamlines future events.

Venue information will include:

Google Address details and primary contacts for that location.

Screen brand, age, and resolution.

Connection options (HDMI, USB, etc.).

Audio system configuration.

Internet reliability.

Photos of connection panels.

This data ensures every future tribute is formatted perfectly for that venue.
