We want you to feel completely in control of your tribute. Because we understand that AI can make mistakes or misinterpret the emotional context of a memory, we adhere to a strict “Human-in-the-Loop” process:

-Client Guidance: You guide the creative process. We work with you to understand the tone and style you are looking for.

-Human Review: Every output generated by AI (whether a colorized photo, animation, or musical score) is reviewed and refined by our team of human specialists to ensure accuracy, quality, and emotional appropriateness.

-Your Approval: No tribute is finalized until you have reviewed it and provided your explicit sign-off. You are the ultimate guardian of your memories.

2. Fairness & Bias Mitigation

AI systems are only as good as the data they are trained on, and sometimes that data contains biases. We are committed to ensuring our AI use is fair and non-discriminatory.

-You retain full rights to your original photos and the final tribute video created for you (subject to our terms of service).
